Prepared To Perfection

Eating and drinking should be a pleasure. So, we’ve designed our outdoor kitchens to provide everything you need for the ultimate barbecue experience. We build fitted kitchens in three sizes. Features such as cupboards, granite worktops, lighting, a fridge and sink with hot and cold water mean foodies have everything they need to cook and entertain in the fresh air. At the centre sits a showpiece grill – choose from the charcoal-fired Big Green Egg or a gas-powered Beef Eater 1600E four-burner. If you want more, you can have it. Add a television or pizza oven for added versatility. Or if you’ve got your own ideas about how to furnish an outdoor kitchen, order the bare Alfresco. It doesn’t even have to be used as a kitchen...

Pequeno: Small Is Beautiful

It means ‘small’ in Portuguese, but the Pequeno is big enough for our showpiece grills, a fridge, worktops and cabinets.

As the narrowest of our fitted kitchens at 2 metres wide inside, it doesn’t feature a sink. But there's preparation space for cooking and serving, and units to store crockery, glassware and utensils so it’s all right there when you need it.

The Pequeno has a canvas weather cover as standard, or can be upgraded with an electric roller shutter door or glazed French doors for security.

And like all our kitchens, the Pequeno gets two barbecue options – gas or charcoal. For gas we specify the powerful Beef Eater 1600E four-burner grill with cast iron burners, stainless steel vaporisers to disperse flames, quartz one-start ignition and an elevated cooking rack. For charcoal it’s the beautiful Big Green Egg, which can smoke, roast, slow cook, bake and grill. Plus, it’s endorsed by renowned chef Tom Kerridge.

Gaucho: Feed The Posse

A gaucho is a South American cowboy, and you’ll have space to serve the Magnificent Seven with our mid-sized barbecue kitchen.

The Gaucho builds on the Pequeno with a more generous internal width of 2.5 metres – enough to fit a sink for prepping food or washing up.

With its extra width, this kitchen has the option of a bifold door.

And there’s more room for customisation – would a pizza oven please your gauchos, or a TV to watch the rodeo?

Churrasco: Barbecue A Banquet

If you’re thinking big, think Churrasco. Named after the Brazilian word for a mixed grill, our widest kitchen (3 metres) gives you ample room to prepare and serve a feast – 1,252mm of the kitchen’s internal width is worktop.

The Churrasco has serious storage potential too, with base unit drawers and an extra cupboard.

The Alfresco Unfitted Shell

The Alfresco has the same premium structure as our fitted kitchens – in the same three sizes – but is empty inside. It's your blank canvas, so what would you do with it?

Perhaps you're bringing your own barbecue and cooking kit. Or you could add wiring and lighting with our electrical pack and create something else entirely.

Why Customers Choose Alfresco

Some clients use the Alfresco as their outdoor cooking space – they may already have a Big Green Egg, a gas grill on a rolling cart, or a wood-fired pizza oven. Other customers have had alternative ideas.

A home bar with a wine fridge and Bluetooth speakers. A media wall featuring a screen and integrated sound. An outdoor lounge with heaters and mood lighting. A sun trap for morning coffee. Or an upmarket maintenance and storage space for bicycles or a motorcycle.

Whatever you use it for, the shell is built to last outdoors with its fully waterproof construction, and is finished to Tiger Modular standards.

Outdoor Kitchen FAQs

Common questions about outdoor kitchens

Our fitted kitchens differ in width (1994mm, 2526mm and 3094mm internally). Pequeno is the compact option, Gaucho adds a sink, while Churrasco offers the most worktop and storage. The Alfresco uses the same three shells, unfitted, for customers who want to bring their own kit or use the space differently. And we build bespoke outdoor kitchens too if the standard options don’t meet your needs.
It comes down to personal taste, and how you want to cook. Our gas grill, the Beef Eater 1600E, is quick to light and easy to control, making it a super-efficient, no-nonsense barbecue that will produce great results. The charcoal-fired Big Green Egg suits people who love a more involved cooking process. Charcoal takes time to reach cooking temperature, but your efforts are rewarded by a grill that can offer smoke, slow cooking, roasting, baking and higher heat. Chef Tom Kerridge endorses the Big Green Egg, which says it all.
Every fitted kitchen and Alfresco shell comes with a canvas weather guard as standard. Upgrades include an electric roller shutter for true security, an aluminium-framed glazed bifold for a wide-open feel, or French doors for a classic look. Choose based on how you’ll use the space and how secure it needs to be.

Yes. We have six composite decking finishes. Five kitchen door colours across two finishes (high-shine or muted matte). Two granite worktops (Ivory Wave as standard, Steel Grey as an upgrade). Three RAL trim colours for the roof and access door. And cladding options include cedar, Thermowood, composite or painted steel.

Manufacture takes four to six weeks in our Yorkshire workshop. On-site installation by our team typically takes two days for an Alfresco shell, and longer for a fitted kitchen, depending on the spec.
