A few things people ask before choosing Certus.

The four sizes outlined above are popular starting points. Measure your plot – if space is tight, it may be immediately obvious what your options are. If not, use poles or cones to mark where the corners of the garden room would be in various sizes. Sitting within the marked area on a chair may help you visualise the interior space. Our online configurator is also designed to help you decide your ideal build size. And don’t worry – changes can be made when we visit your site at the Design Consultation stage. We’ll discuss your ideas and create a tailored 3D visualisation.
The design stage is led by you. Take all the time you want and call us for advice if you need to. Manufacture takes four to six weeks and installation is typically completed within a week.
Yes. Cladding, flooring, doors and interior finishes are all yours to choose. It’s your opportunity to put your own personal stamp on the build. The configurator lets you see each option and the impact it has on the room's price.
Certus is our most versatile and accessible collection. Verso makes a stronger design statement – its signature corner glazing, slatted screen, roof canopy and plaster finish all come as standard. Choose Verso if design is a priority, or when your garden provides the view or space to make the most of those corner sightlines. Build quality is identical across both collections.
Two stand out: a smooth plaster finish in place of the wood panelling – which also brings recessed ceiling spotlights instead of wall lights – and a roof overhang canopy across the front. Both are high impact and relatively low-cost.

For most garden rooms with install, we split it into three stages: 40% deposit before manufacture, 50% on or before the first day of installation, and the final 10% within seven days of completion. Supply-only (DIY install) is paid in full before delivery. Pay by bank transfer or card, and finance is available through Novuna, including 0% Buy Now Pay Later.
